Founded by young entrepreneur, Josh Feltz, in 2013 Feltz Property Care began as a simple driveway snow-clearing and lawn maintenance service for neighbours. Today, our company has expanded into landscaping and construction, and as of 2022 we are an authorized StormFlow Surfacing installer. Now in 2024, we are thrilled to unveil our new brand that better reflects our extended range of services, while maintaining the same Top Notch quality!

Starting at $2500 (Plus Hst)

Basic lawn cutting includes mulching grass with a machine designed to reduce the amount of clippings that stay on the lawn and keep them out of flower beds. We then trim all edges, curbs, sidewalks and flower beds and blow off all paved surfaces.

Our team has been busy traveling throughout South Western Ontario, installing this unique product to meet our customers' varied needs. What is it?

Rubber and rock mixed with binder to provide a porous surface that water can pass through. It is slip resistant and will remain puddle free, it will not affect the green space of your property, it is resistant to cracking and crumbling due to its elastic properties. It can be installed around trees or over most existing materials. It cures within 24 hours under most conditions. It is low maintenance, durable and is environmentally friendly. And, it comes in a variety of different colour combinations to fit your style!
